Product Description
Dry type transformer IntroductionThe coil is internally equipped with axial air passage, so as to improve the heat radiating condition; by adopting the scientific casting forming process, the resin is ensured to fully permeate between turns, layers and sections, so as to guarantee the electric insulation strength and less local layout (≤5 p c). The dry type transformer has the advantages that the resin thickness of packaging layer is reduced, and the heat radiating capability of coil is improved; the coil is reinforced by glass wire felt, so as to increase the mechanical strength of coil, enhance the sudden short-circuit withstand capability, and successfully solve the problem of cracking of casting body; the coil is made of special process, so as to greatly reduce the partial discharge amount in coil, and the electric strength of coil is improved; the LV coil adopts the foil structure, so as to reduce the magnetic leakage at end part, and enhance the sudden short-circuit withstand capability.Application environment1. 4 The installation place is free from gas, dirt and other explosive and corrosive mediums which severely affect the insulation of transformer .
